4.1.2.11 Basic account extension request

When Basic Account Extension Request is selected in the request list, the following screen is brought up:

Basic account extension request is used to request extension for a user's own accounts. The default setting is 180 days. To modify this setting, select the extension period in the "Extended account use period" item, and then click "Next".
After completing the extension period settings, click the "Next" button and enter additional approval info.
