4.1.2.20 User's system authority revoking request (personal account)

When User's System Authority Revoking Request (Personal Account) is selected in the request list, the following screen is brought up:

User's system authority revoking request is a form used to submit revoking requests for personal system accounts owned by the user or roles of the accounts.
Therefore, in the owned authorities area, the personal system accounts owned by the user are shown.
In "Owned authorities" of the User's system authority revoking request form, the authorities currently owned by the requester are shown. For a description of the screen for owned authorities, refer to <System owned authorities - Revoke/Extend> . When the authorities for which revocation is requested are selected from these owned authorities, and the "Add" button is clicked, the authority is added as a revoked authority in the "Authority to request" area.
After entering request info, click the "Next" button and enter additional approval info.
