4.1.2.21 User's system authority extension request (personal account)
When User's System Authority Extension Request (Personal Account) is selected in the request list, the following screen is brought up:

User's system authority extension request is a form used to submit extension requests for selected personal system accounts that a user owns and the roles that the accounts own.
Therefore, in the owned authorities area, the personal system accounts owned by the user are shown.
In "Owned authorities" of the User's system authority extension request form, the authorities currently owned by the requester are shown. For a description of the screen for owned authorities, refer to
<System owned authorities - Revoke/Extend>
. When the checkbox of the authority for which extension is requested is selected from this list of owned authorities, the usage period (start date/end date) is set, and the "Add" button is clicked, the item is added as an extended authority to the "Authority to request" area as shown below.
After entering request info, click the "Next" button and enter additional approval info.
