4.1.2.14 User's application authority revoking request

When User's Application Authority Revoking Request is selected in the request list, the following screen is brought up:

User's application authority revoking request is a form for making a request for the revocation of authorities that the user owns and whose resource type is application (system, role, menu).
In "Owned authorities" of the User's application authority revoking request form, the authorities currently owned by the requester are shown. For a description of the screen for owned authorities, refer to <Application owned authorities - Revoke/Extend> .
When the authorities for which revocation is requested are selected from these owned authorities, and the "Add" button is clicked, the authority is added as a revoked authority in the "Authority to request" area.
After entering request info, click the "Next" button and enter additional approval info.
