4.1.2.16 Delegated application authority request

When Delegated Application Authority Request is selected in the request list, the following screen is brought up:

Delegated application authority request is a form for making a proxy request for application authorities (system, role, menu) of another user.
The Enter info screen for the delegated application authority request is divided into two steps. In the first step, the user to whom authorities are assigned is selected. In the second step, the authorities to be assigned to the selected user are selected.
In "Select user" of the user selection step, the users to be requested are selected. For the user selection method, refer to <Multiple user selection> .
After selecting the user, click the "Next" button to select the authorities to be assigned to the user.
The following figure shows the screen brought up when the "Next" button is clicked:

Owned authorities are displayed in the authority selection step when only one user has been selected in the previous user selection step.
If multiple users have been selected, or the request is being made with a file attachment, owned authorities are not displayed.
In "Authority to request" of the authority selection step, authorities to be assigned to the users selected in the previous step are added. To add, click the "Add" button and select the authorities to be requested on the application authorities popup. For a description of the screen, refer to <Application authority popup - Add> .
After entering request info, click the "Next" button and enter additional approval info.
