4.1.2.28 Shared system account deletion request
When Shared System Account Deletion Request is selected in the request list, the following screen is brought up:

Shared system account deletion request is a form for requesting the deletion of shared accounts used by multiple users in systems such as OS, DBMS, network equipment, etc.
In the "Select account" stage, the shared account to be deleted is selected.
In this step, a list of shared accounts managed by the requester is displayed in the "Owned and managed shared account" area.
In other words, only shared accounts managed by the requester can be deleted.
By selecting the checkbox of a shared account to be deleted from the "Owned and managed shared account" list and clicking the "Add" button, an account whose deletion is requested can be added to the "Account to request" area.
The screen below shows the accounts added as accounts to be deleted in "Owned and managed shared account".

To exclude an account from the Accounts to be deleted above, select the checkbox of the item and click the "Delete" button.
After entering request info, click the "Next" button and enter additional approval info.
